• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• You will not harass, threaten, or abuse vendors or other users
• You will not post content that violates any laws
• You have the right to share any photos or content you upload

Content License

By posting content on Reviuu, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Spam, advertise, or promote unrelated products
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our systems
• Circumvent spam prevention or rate limiting measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform
• Engage in any illegal activities

6. Vendor Claims

Vendors may claim their profiles on Reviuu. By claiming a profile, vendors agree to:

• Verify their identity and ownership of the business
• Respond to reviews professionally and respectfully
• Not retaliate against users who leave negative reviews
• Not offer incentives for positive reviews

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

8. Disclaimer

Reviuu is a platform for user-generated reviews. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any reviews. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or reliability of user reviews
• The quality of products or services from vendors
• Any transactions between users and vendors
• Any disputes arising from vendor interactions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviuu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
